Challenge groups are on-line workout groups (through the Team Beachbody Challenge Tracker) that will generally consist of people doing the same workout program, with the same goals, designed to keep you on track and hold you accountable. Challenge groups will begin on the 1st of every month and run for 90 days. The deadline to sign up for the challenge groups will be on the 15th to ensure that everyone has what they need to get started. The next challenge group will begin on the 1st of the next month. To join the challenge group please enter the Beachbody Challenge and select a challenge pack of your choosing. Once signed up, you will be contacted with info on joining the group.
